Nosework: Practice with Purpose
WORKSHOP for hobbyists and competitors of all levels
BOOST YOUR DOG’s NOSEWORK ABility with thoughtful practice
Nosework practice, whether at home or in class, can greatly influence your dog’s confidence, enthusiasm, and skill when tackling odor puzzles. In our “Practice with Purpose” workshop, we’ll delve into how strategic hide placements and practice setups can:
Boost your dog’s confidence while it learns how to solve odor puzzles
Provide opportunities for your dog to learn new nose work skills
Sustain your dog’s enthusiasm for nose work
Improve your observation skills in recognizing changes in your dog’s behavior when it detects and locates odor.
This workshop is suitable for dogs of all levels who’ve been introduced to one or more scents: birch, anise, or clove.
